WalkStamp is a Taiwan travel-journal app that lets you check in at places (elementary schools, train stations, MRT stations, and more) by verifying your location with GPS and capturing a photo. This Privacy Policy explains exactly what the app does — and does not — do with your data.
The app requests NSLocationWhenInUseUsageDescription permission to verify that you have physically arrived at a check-in spot. Your coordinates are used only on-device, only when you have the Map or Check-in screen open. The app does not track location in the background, and your coordinates are never uploaded to any server.
The app requests NSCameraUsageDescription permission so that you can take a check-in photo at each visited location. Photos are stored only in your own iCloud Documents (or local storage if iCloud is unavailable).
The app requests NSPhotoLibraryAddUsageDescription permission only when you actively choose to export a stamp collage to your photo library. The app does not read any photo from your library.
Your check-in records, photos, and settings are stored in your personal iCloud Documents container. This data is synced across your own Apple devices through Apple's iCloud service. It is not accessible to the developer. If you sign out of iCloud or disable iCloud Drive for WalkStamp, the app will fall back to local on-device storage.
WalkStamp uses no third-party SDKs, no analytics services, no advertising networks, and no crash-reporting services. The app is built only with Apple's first-party frameworks (SwiftUI, MapKit, Core Location, GRDB) plus public open data sources listed below.

Querying these built-in datasets happens entirely on your device. Nothing is sent to those agencies.
WalkStamp contains no in-app purchases and no advertising at this time.
WalkStamp is not specifically directed at children under 13. The app does not collect personal information from any user, including children.
All your data lives in your own device or your own iCloud — the developer holds no copy. Uninstalling the app removes the local data; iCloud data can be removed from Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Manage Storage → WalkStamp.
If this policy changes in the future, the updated version will be posted at this URL and the app's release notes will mention the update.
